Recently, I have special experience. It was field trip to Yuhan-Kimberly located in Chungju.
YK is established by Yuhan-yanghang in Kor and Kimberly Clack in Usa. Now, YK is the most favorable one of international companies to Korean students. Since I always hope to enter the firm, it was great opportunity for me to learn about their culture. When we arrived at the factory, I was surprised at huge capacity and automation of that. Also, atmosphere in offices looks free. Employees of YK were working in the coffee shop and rest room. I heard about their culture for many times before, but it was really impressive. After looking around the factory, I attended seminar by manager of YK. Then, I realized that YK is doing their social responsbilities well, especially in nature. So, it has good brand image in Kor. Furthermore, the welfare is excellent and salary is good as well. Through this field trip, desire of entering the firm became more strong. For that reason, I have to have variety of experiences and raise my specifications.
It was really helpful experience ,and I hope that I could have field trips as many as possible.
That sounds like an excellent field trip. Factories each have their own special cultures. Once I visited an ice cream factory and got to eat some really good ice cream.

You wrote about company with special culture, working four days and emphasizing in self-developing through education,in Korea. But, it has been little actually known so far, these days we became to understand through Media, particular working style, moreover events that the firm have been doing related to responsible act to our society made me impressive.
